Jr. Action Officer- Acquisitions (PID 2010)
Job Location: Washington, DC
Description:
Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program as a Jr. Action Officer for the Acquisition team.
· Ability to conduct analysis of multiple sources of data (e.g., IDIQs, task orders, schedules, status decks, requirements documents, change control documents, financial data)
· Develop Investment Justification Package documentation, supplemental documentation, and associated routing sheets
· Facilitate routing of packages through established processes and follow up as required
· Develop briefing decks for Executive leadership on a recurring and ad hoc basis (e.g., COAs, informational briefings, decision briefings) on a variety of Program Control topics
· Create a wide variety of documents including, reports, presentations, email communications, spreadsheet
Develop process diagrams as needed
Minimum qualifications:
· 5+ years of professional work experience
· Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Experience creating, applying and maintaining tools to track program, project, or task performance data, including cost, schedule, and performance data
· Must have experience in the creation of routine and ad hoc reports
· Must be able to provide oral and written discussion of analytical findings using narrative and graphic forms
· Bachelor's degree in a Business discipline is required or an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements
